“ I recently purchased an older condo and was looking for painters. The first company pretty much had the work ethic of ‘get it done as quickly as possible’ and collect the $$. The completed (and I use that word lightly) job spoke to their values. As I was lamenting about the lack of quality professionals around, I was fortunate to find Michael Killian. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. His expertise and attention to detail is remarkable. If you’re in a hurry or on a tight budget, he’s not your man. But if you want an exceptional end-product, give him a call, he’s worth every penny.”

“ I was in a crunch in needing a few rooms painted in a short amount of time, one of the rooms had peeling paint on the ceiling. Rather than do a quick paint-over he asked me to contact a roofer to assess the source. They did find that the roof vent pipe was leaking and needed new caulking. The job now required a portion of the ceiling to be replaced, It was a step process in which Michael is very experienced in. He explained to me that it would require additional time to complete the repair properly, and assured me that once the proper steps were taken, I would be comfortable with the fact that the repair was completed properly. The over-all job may have taken a little longer, but in the end it was so worth it, the room turned out beautiful. If your looking for quality work and don't mind spending a bit more, then Michael is the perfect contractor for you. He's dependable, honest, organized and takes extreme pride in his work. The best part is he cleans up! I'd give him an extra star just for that.”
